A Special Moment Together

Your Family’s Festive Visit

Enjoy approximately 10 minutes with Father Christmas in an appointment reserved exclusively for your family. A five-minute buffer follows each visit before the next family arrives.

A Gift for Every Child

One child costs £6, two children cost £12 and three children cost £18. A gift is included for each booked child.

Just Your Family

Book for one to three children visiting together. Children must be accompanied by a parent or responsible adult throughout the visit.

Help Us Prepare

Tell us each child’s first name and age when booking. You can also let us know about practical arrangements that would help your visit.

Please arrive ready for your selected start time. If you have more than three children or would like to discuss access or support requirements, contact us before booking.

Access & Making Your Visit Comfortable

Father Christmas will be on the ground floor, so there are no stairs to climb once inside. Please note that there is one step up into the building. If this could affect your visit, please contact reception before booking to discuss access.

If your child is neurodivergent, has sensory sensitivities or would benefit from adjustments, please let us know. You can use the optional booking field or contact reception privately so we can discuss how to make the visit comfortable for your family. You do not need to provide a diagnosis or detailed medical information.
