Personal experience of mental health difficulties and community support is represented on our Board, bringing valuable perspectives to its discussions and decisions.

Trustees support our leadership team and ask constructive questions, helping ensure proposals are carefully considered and progress is reviewed.

The Board helps ensure TASFund listens to the people it supports and remains accountable to its community, funders, regulators and partners.

People trust TASFund with their experiences, time, donations and support. Good governance helps us honour that trust through careful oversight, responsible use of resources and a willingness to listen and improve.
Safe and Responsible Working
Our policies and procedures guide how we work. Board oversight includes safeguarding, risk, health and safety and the arrangements that help protect people accessing support, volunteers and staff.
Careful Use of Resources
Trustees review finances, consider risks and oversee plans for the charity’s future. This includes using funds for our charitable purpose and overseeing the reporting required of the organisation.
Listening and Learning
Accountability includes hearing when something could be better. Feedback, concerns and complaints help us understand people’s experiences, identify improvements and reflect on how we work.
