Our room hire rates are available by the hour, half day or full day. Half-day and full-day discounts are already included in the prices shown below.

Standard hire hours are 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday.
Prices include tea and coffee, access to kitchen facilities, Wi-Fi and basic equipment. Out-of-hours bookings may be available subject to staff availability and may incur an additional charge.

We want to ensure our facilities are suitable for your needs before you book. Please take a moment to review the information below.
Accessibility Information
Both the Meeting Room and Conference Room are located on the second floor of The Anthony Seddon Centre.
Unfortunately, the building does not currently have lift access. As a result, our room hire facilities are not accessible for wheelchair users and may not be suitable for people who have mobility difficulties, health conditions affecting stair use, or anyone who may find accessing the second floor challenging.
We strongly encourage organisers to consider the needs of all attendees before booking and to discuss accessibility requirements with us in advance.
We Recommend Viewing the Rooms First
If you are unsure whether our facilities will meet your needs, we would be happy to arrange a viewing before you book. This gives you an opportunity to see the rooms, assess accessibility, discuss layouts and ensure the space is suitable for your event.
Payment
Full payment is required at least two weeks before your booking date unless alternative arrangements have been agreed.
Out of Hours
Evening, early morning and weekend bookings may be available subject to staff availability and may incur additional charges.
Early Access
Bookings requiring access before 9am may incur an additional charge to cover staffing and opening costs.
