Our latest Activity Timetable can be downloaded below. The Activity Timetable is updated on a quarterly basis, so please keep an eye out for any changes.
You can sign up for our Activity Programme Mailing List to receive a new programme straight to your email when a new one is released.
**Our sessions are only open to those aged 18 and over.
**Some sessions may incur a small charge; this is to enable the continuation of these sessions.
Pre-booking of all activities (except drop-in) is recommended due to room capacities via Reception.

Peer Support Drop In
Our Peer Support Mental Health Drop-In is a volunteer-led, safe place to talk and get support. These are relaxed sessions in a friendly and comfortable environment for people with mental health concerns, their families, friends, and carers.
Friday’s session usually has an added element of fun, such as a quiz, starting around 1.30pm.
Mon to Fri – 1:00pm – 3:00pm
Booking: Not Required
A chance to help create something using your craft skills. This may be card-making, designing and creating a mosaic, or making a papier-mache sculpture.
Come and join Susan, our Reiki Master, for a relaxing session, ideal for those with mental health concerns. Reiki can help you relax and give you a sense of wellbeing utilising group Reiki.
Hearing Voices Group
Our Hearing Voices group is a volunteer-led peer support group open to those who are affected by hearing voices.
We have two Bereavement Groups per month: once a month on a Tuesday evening and once a month on a Thursday morning. These are open to those affected by a bereavement.
Carer’s Support Group
We have a Carer’s Support Group once a month on a Thursday morning. Thise are open to those who care for someone suffering with mental health issues.
An informal peer support group for people with alcohol addiction who have been stable for some time. This is not intended to replace other forms of support.
