Daily Drop-In

Our Daily Drop-In is at the heart of The Anthony Seddon Fund. It’s a vital service that runs every single day of the week. Whether you’re looking for a friendly chat, advice, or just a safe space to be, our drop-in is open to everyone.

This service is open from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM, Monday through Friday. It’s a no-appointment, walk-in service, designed to offer a welcoming environment where you can access mental health peer support and connect with others in the community.

No matter what you’re going through, we are here to listen. Drop in and be a part of our warm, supportive community. Whether you want to chat, ask for help, or just need some time away from home, our door is always open.

On Fridays, we usually host a small quiz that starts around 1:30 PM and lasts for approximately half an hour. This can be a bit lively, so if you prefer a quieter space or don’t wish to participate, we offer a quieter room where you can relax and still be a part of the drop-in.
