**Our sessions are only open to those aged 18 years and over.
**Some sessions may incur a small charge, this is to enable the continuation of these sessions.

Peer Support Group
Our Peer Support groups are voluntary led and are safe place to talk and get support. These are relaxed groups and the conversations flow naturally. These groups are suitable for those who need support with mental health issues.
Fridays Session is Fun Friday, where you can take part in a quiz or other social activities.
This Girl Can – Bollyfit Empowerment
A fun and energetic dance clase with a focus on building confidence and empowering women with mental health concerns to become their best selves.
A chance to help create something using your craft skills. This may be card making, designing and creating a mosaic or making a papier mache sculpture.
Come and join Susan, our Reiki Master for a relaxing session, ideal for those with mental health concerns. Reiki can help you to relax and give you a sense of wellbeing utilising group Reiki.
Hearing Voices Group
Our Hearing Voices group is a volunteeer led peer support group open to those who are affected by hearing voices.
We have two Bereavement Groups per month, once a month on a Tuesday evening and once a month on a Thursday morning. These are open to those affected by a bereavement.
Suicide Bereavement Group
This bereavement group is suitable for those who are bereaved through suicide.
Friends & Family Group
We have two Friends & Family Groups per month, once a month on a Tuesday evening and once a month on a Thursday morning. These are open to those who care for someone suffering with mental health issues.
18-25 – Young Adult Choir
If you’re 18-25 years old and love to sing, come along to our young adult choice. No auditions, no solos (unless you want one) and an opportunity to learn a variety of songs from all genres.
An informal peer support group for people with alcohol addiction who have been stable for some time. This is not intended to replace other forms of support.
