Thank you for fundraising for The Anthony Seddon Fund and helping us support people with mental health issues in Tameside. We couldn't do the work that we do without the support of people like you. There are so many fantastic charities to choose from; it means the world to us that you have chosen to do your fundraising for us.
If you created your own online personal fundraising page through JustGiving to raise money online, then there is nothing you need to do. The money will automatically be paid to the charity by JustGiving. Thank you!
Bank / BACs Transfer
Please send an email to fundraising@tasfund.org.uk and they will provide you with details and bank account information to make a bank transfer.
By Cash
- Complete Sections 1 and 2 of this form.
- Pop in to The Anthony Seddon Centre, 12 George Street, Ashton-under-Lyne, OL6 6AQ with your completed form, cash, and sponsorship form (if relevant).
By Cheque
- Complete Sections 1 and 2 of this form.
- Pay the cash into your bank account and write a cheque for the amount raised to The Anthony Seddon Fund.
- Pop your completed form, cheque and sponsorship form (if relevant) into an envelope and send it to us at The Anthony Seddon Centre, 12 George Street, Ashton-under-Lyne, OL6 6AQ or pop in.
