Tickets are non-refundable due to venue and event commitments.

Yes. Dietary requirements and allergies can be provided during the booking process and will be shared with the venue.

Yes. The venue has accessible facilities. If you have any accessibility requirements, please let us know when booking so we can ensure appropriate arrangements are made.
Is parking available?
Yes. Parking is available at the Village Hotel for guests attending the event.

Online card payment is our preferred payment method. Alternative payment options, including bank transfer, card payment at The Anthony Seddon Centre and cash payments, may be available by arrangement.
