There are many ways in which you can support the charity and the work that we do: fundraising, donating, volunteering, leaving a legacy in your will, etc. These can be done as an individual, as a family, or even through your work.
Supporting The Anthony Seddon Fund helps us continue offering support to those who need our help with their mental health. We see many people come through our doors with a range of mental health needs who need somewhere they can be listened to and supported. We see carers who also need support, those who are bereaved through suicide, and those struggling to get through the day. The one thing all these people have in common, apart from lived mental health experience, is that they feel safe in our Centre; safe from judgement, safe to express themselves, and safe to be.
