Every booking helps support our mental health services, meaning your event contributes to something bigger in the local community.

Room hire from £15 per hour.

Bookings confirmed before 1st April 2026 will be honoured at our current rates.

Room Options and Pricing

Standard hours: 9am–5pm, Monday to Friday
Includes tea, coffee, Wi-Fi, kitchen access, and basic equipment.

Bookings confirmed before 1st April 2026 will be honoured at current rates.

What’s included: Tea, coffee and light refreshments, flipchart, Wi-Fi, and access to kitchen facilities. The Conference Room includes a projector and screen; the Meeting Room includes a TV screen.

Accessibility: Rooms are located on the second floor and there is no lift access. Please contact us in advance if you would like to discuss accessibility requirements.

Out-of-hours bookings: May be available for evenings or weekends (subject to availability) and will incur an additional charge.

Early access: Access before 9am may be available by arrangement and will incur a £10 surcharge per booking.

Payment: Full payment is required at least two weeks in advance.

We aim to make hiring a room at The Anthony Seddon Centre as straightforward and welcoming as possible. Before confirming your booking, there are a few key things to be aware of:

  • Full payment is required at least two weeks in advance of your booking
  • Bookings are confirmed once we have received your completed booking form and payment
  • Cancellations within one week of the booking are non-refundable
  • Access times must be agreed in advance; early access may incur a surcharge
  • We may request risk assessments, insurance, or safeguarding information depending on your activity
