Most activities are open to adults aged 18+. Pre-booking is recommended for activities due to room capacities, but our Drop-In remains available without booking.

Supporting Your Wellbeing

A welcoming space to connect, create and feel supported

Our groups and activities are designed to support mental wellbeing through peer support, creativity, social connection and shared experiences. Whether you are looking for support, friendship, routine or simply something positive to be part of, you are welcome at The Anthony Seddon Centre.

Who Can Attend?

Most of our groups and activities are open to adults aged 18+ who are looking to support their mental health and wellbeing.

What to Expect

You can expect a friendly, informal and supportive environment, with staff and volunteers available to help you feel comfortable.

Do I Need to Book?

Pre-booking is recommended for activities because of room capacity. Drop-In support does not need to be booked.
