Welcome to our Online activity page. Here we have information about all the things that we offer for those who would like to take part in online activities. The sessions offer a safe place to take part in an activity, socialise and stay connected with others.

**Online sessions are only open to those aged 18 years and above.
**An online safeguarding form must be completed before you take part, this also covers confidentiality and etiquette. If you require to see our full Safeguarding or Confidentiality policy please let us know.
All online activities are free but any donations would be greatly appreciated
Tai Chi is a gentle form of martial art which helps to connect the body and mind whilst providing gentle exercise to improve overall fitness, balance and breathing.
This form can be done seated or standing and is suitable for all to take part in.
Mindful Walking is a different way of walking to our every day going somewhere walk. It concentrates on thinking about the world around us and taking notice of sights, sounds, temperature and how this makes us feel. The walk is done inidividually and we meet via Zoom to discuss what we noticed and how it made us feel.
Wednesdays 10:00am – 11:30am
Walk 10:00am – 11:00am
Zoom 11:00am – 11:30am
You can also do the walk the evening before or on your way to work etc.
All online bookings must be made through our Activities Coordinator.
Chair Based Exercise
Chair Based Exercise is a great way to improve strength and cardiovascular fitness for those who are unable to take part in other forms of exercise. It is fun and easy class.
This class is suitable for everyone to take part in, adpatations can be made if needed.
